Deborah Doherty

Deborah Doherty is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in quality, risk management, and accreditation. Currently serving as the Corporate Director of Licensing and Accreditation at Vibra Healthcare since 2010, Deborah provides expertise in survey readiness and licensing compliance. Prior roles include Director of Quality and Risk at Vibra Hospital of San Diego, and Chief Nursing Officer at both Promise Hospital and Alvarado Parkway Institute. Deborah holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing from the University of Arizona and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification obtained from UC San Diego in 2013.
