Arif Ozdemir

Arif Ozdemir has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2016 with Certified Testing Laboratories as a Junior Project Manager. In this role, they facilitated construction inspections, reviewed project files for permit obtainment, and drafted and secured contracts for inspections. In 2018, Arif began working at Fordham Preparatory School as a Student Teacher for Latin I and Assistant JV Football Coach. In these roles, they taught Latin vocabulary, etymology, and grammatical functions, created lesson plans, reviewed quiz materials, and taught student-athletes proper technique and safe practice on the defensive line. In 2020, Arif began working at VIBRANALYSIS INC. as a Project Coordinator and at P&M Quality Painting as a Junior Estimator. As a Project Coordinator, they lead scheduling and dispatching of inspectors, supervised the collection, verification, and logging of site test samples and BPPs, and compiled and submitted NYCDOB TR Forms for building permit obtainment. As a Junior Estimator, they reviewed drawing sets to determine cost estimates for commercial paint work, produced $300K+ paint quotes per week, and actively followed up with clients to secure ongoing customer relations.

Arif Ozdemir graduated from Hunter College in 2019 with a degree in Political Science. Prior to that, they attended Fordham Preparatory School and graduated in 2010.
