Charles Kim is a technology leader with extensive experience in product engineering and management. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Vibranium Labs since May 2025, Charles previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Ridgeline, where focus was on UI Platform development from October 2020 to April 2025. Prior roles include Staff Product Engineer and Senior Product Engineer at Workday, contributing to Prism Analytics UI from October 2017 to October 2020. Charles began a career in operations and logistics as an analyst at Instacart during a pivotal growth phase from August 2015 to March 2017, following a tenure as a Management Consultant at Pace Harmon, where advisory work for Fortune 500 companies involved IT and Business Process Outsourcing initiatives. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Wharton School and completed an Advanced Software Engineering Immersive Program at Hack Reactor.
