Tanny Kang

Tanny Kang is a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Vibranium Labs, where responsibilities include overseeing a cutting-edge AI platform that quickly addresses incident alerts and conducts root cause analyses. Prior to this role, Tanny served as a Tech/IP Transactions Attorney at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, specializing in Life Sciences and Tech M&A, as well as licensing negotiations and due diligence. Previously, Tanny worked in a similar capacity at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, focusing on tech transactions and privacy/data security. Tanny's legal career also includes an internship at the United States District Court for the District of Columbia under Honorable Rudolph Contreras. Tanny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Princeton University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
