Vikas Pawar

Vikas Pawar is a seasoned professional in project management and execution within the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Projects Delivery at Vibrant Energy since April 2023, specializing in wind, solar PV, and hybrid projects. Prior to this role, Vikas led a team for a 300MW solar plant project in Jeddah at KSATÜV NORD EGYPT, focusing on stakeholder management and quality oversight. Vikas's earlier experience includes leadership positions in project execution and engineering at Shire Oak International and Harsha Abakus Solar Private Limited, as well as serving as Construction Manager for International Solar EPC at Sterling and Wilson. Vikas possesses extensive expertise in planning, design engineering, supply chain management, and compliance with quality standards across high-capacity energy projects.
