Cindy R. Miller, M.S. is a Sr. Program Manager at San Antonio Lighthouse for the Blind, empowering the blind and visually-impaired through Children and Youth Programs. Cindy R. also serves as the Director of Moth Educational Consulting, LLC and has extensive experience in consulting, training, and program management in the field of assistive technology and education for individuals with vision impairments. Cindy R. holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech & Hearing Sciences: Deaf Education and a Master of Science in Education/Teaching of Individuals with Vision Impairments Including Blindness from Texas Tech University.
