Mitch McCraw is a seasoned professional in benefits management with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Benefits at Conn's HomePlus since March 2022, Mitch previously held the role of Director Benefits at Noble Energy from March 2008 to December 2020, as well as Manager Benefits at the same company.
