Keith Parks

Keith Parks has a strong background in product management and leadership roles. Keith is currently the Director of Product Management at Vibrent Health, where they oversee a team responsible for defining data assets and integrating Metabase for research studies. Prior to this, Keith worked as the Senior Director of Product Management at Extend, where they developed a comprehensive warranty claim management strategy. Keith also served as a Product Manager and Product Owner at Cinch Home Services, leading a digital transformation project. Earlier in their career, Keith held various roles at Cross Country Home Services, Asurion, and ServiceBench, where they were responsible for product development and software lifecycle management. Keith has a proven track record of delivering successful projects and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Keith Parks attended George Mason University and earned a BS degree in Computer Science. Keith also attended Glassboro High School from 1980 to 1984.
