Tricia Denman

Director, Ancillary Studies Partner Engagement at Vibrent Health

Tricia has a strong research and medical administration leadership background, with documented successful independent problem-solving, team management, and analytical skill. She has worked closely with many sponsored projects and clinical stakeholders in the academic setting. In a recent position as Senior Project Manager for the All of Us Research Program at the University-Wisconsin-Madison, she played an instrumental role in the launch and implementation of the program. She has worked effectively with many academic faculty, staff, and administrators, as well as national funding agency representatives and health provider organizations. She also has strong relationships with colleagues in other HPOs and communication and engagement leads within All of Us. She has also worked to operationalize many other multi-site research programs and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in that setting. Her research experience spans many diseases, including but not limited to pulmonary, sleep disorders, neurology, rare disease, public health, and aging. In addition, her research experience has also included clinical trials (drug and device), and observational and pilot data collection. Building trusting relationships with stakeholders and clearly articulating needs, issues, and activities is imperative to success in the research setting which aligns well with her Bachelor’s Degree in Organization and Leadership and a Master's in Organizational Change Leadership both from the University of Wisconsin and a certificate in Project Management.
