Michelle Strange possesses extensive experience in financial management and operations. As the Office Manager at VIC Technology Venture Development™ since August 2020, Michelle manages accounting, payroll, and HR for 15 portfolio companies, focusing on streamlining management practices to reduce overhead costs. Previously, as Treasurer and Owner of Darin Strange Plumbing, Inc. from January 1995 to December 2020, Michelle successfully integrated Quickbooks accounting software to enhance financial reporting and process efficiency. At Jacobs (formerly CH2M) from October 2008 to September 2019, Michelle served as Project Coordinator, overseeing project priorities, client development, risk management, and contract negotiations, significantly improving project performance and expanding the company’s client portfolio.
