Sierra Bergsgaard (Richter)

Sierra Bergsgaard (Richter) has extensive experience in marketing and communications. Sierra worked as a Marketing and Communications Manager at VIC Technology Venture Development™ from January 2020 to present, and prior to that, they were a Digital Marketing Coordinator at the same company from July 2019 to January 2020.

Before joining VIC Technology Venture Development™, Sierra worked at Roth Distributing Company as a Strategic Marketing and Digital Coordinator from August 2016 to July 2019. In this role, they were responsible for creative project management, digital product management, and CRM, marketing automation, and sales funnel management. Prior to that, they were a Marketing Coordinator at Roth Distributing Company from February 2016 to August 2016.

Additionally, Sierra has experience in the start-up industry. Sierra worked at Eventup as a Venue Marketing Team Lead from August 2012 to December 2013. In this role, they played a key role in the company's growth by creating marketing collateral and campaigns, managing social media and digital marketing efforts, and building a team of sales representatives to acquire venues for Eventup. Sierra also established relationships with corporate clients, partners, and venues, and served as the main point of contact for all 6,000 venues on Eventup.com.

Sierra Bergsgaard (Richter) holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Graphic Design & Marketing from St. Cloud State University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Content Marketing, Inbound Marketing, Social Media, Sales Software, and Frictionless Sales Certification from HubSpot in October 2019.
