Xiaoli Su

Xiaoli Su has an extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Xiaoli is currently working as a Senior Scientist at VIC Foundry, Inc. since November 2020. Prior to this, they held the same position at VIC Technology Venture Development™ starting from June 2017. Xiaoli also served as the R&D Director at Zebra Analytix from September 2017 to October 2020.

Before their roles at VIC Foundry, Inc. and VIC Technology Venture Development™, Xiaoli was the R&D Director (from November 2006 to April 2018) and Senior Scientist (from July 2003 to November 2006) at BioDetection Instruments, Inc. Xiaoli also worked as a Research Associate at the Department of Biological & Agricultural Engineering, University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Arkansas from May 2002 to November 2005.

Xiaoli's earlier work experience includes roles as an Associate Professor (from September 1999 to October 2002) and Lecturer (from July 1998 to August 1999) at the College of Chemistry & Chemical Engineering, Hunan Normal University, Changsha, Hunan, China. Xiaoli also served as a Research Associate at the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry, Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas from August 2000 to April 2002.

Furthermore, Xiaoli worked as a Teaching/Research Assistant at the College of Chemistry & Chemical Engineering, Hunan University, Changsha, Hunan, China from September 1995 to June 1998. Prior to that, they held positions as the Director of Pharmaceutical Chemistry (from September 1994 to August 1995) and Assistant Research Fellow (from July 1991 to August 1994) at the Institute for Drug Control of Xiangtan City, Xiangtan, Hunan, China.

Xiaoli's earliest work experience includes a teaching/research assistant role at the College of Traditional Chinese Pharmacy, China Pharmaceutical University, Nanjing, Jiangsu, China from September 1989 to June 1991.

Xiaoli Su completed a Bachelor of Medicine (B.M.) degree from Hunan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 1984 to 1988. Xiaoli then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree from China Pharmaceutical University from 1988 to 1991. Later, they obtained a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Hunan University from 1995 to 1998.
