Sedki Allaoui

Sedki Allaoui serves as Managing Partner at Olea Capital Inc., an investment firm dedicated to acquiring and growing small businesses. In addition, Sedki holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at both ViVa Innovation, which develops learning management software, and Vic-Tek Inc., a provider of end-to-end point of sale solutions. Previous roles include Director of Integration and Transformation and Senior Manager of Business Transformation at Valsoft Corporation, as well as Senior Manager of Business Transformation at Excelitas Technologies Corp. Earlier career experiences include positions at CN as Performance Manager and Business Optimization Specialist, and roles at Exo – Réseau de transport métropolitain as Business Process Analyst and Project Engineer. Sedki's educational background includes a PhD in Industrial Engineering, an MSc in Technology and Innovation Management, and a B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering, all from Polytechnique Montréal.
