Bridget Wagner

Bridget Wagner has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Bridget currently holds the position of Head of Talent Management & People Operations at Vicarious Surgical Inc. Prior to this, they were the Director of Talent Development, People & Culture at the same company.

Before joining Vicarious Surgical, Bridget worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where they held various roles. Bridget served as the Director of Talent Development and was responsible for leadership development, career progression, and culture advancement. As the Senior Manager of Learning & Development, they led the overhaul of the new employee onboarding program, resulting in an improved experience for 150 new employees annually. In their role as Senior Human Resources Program Manager, they facilitated a corporate leader pipeline development program to support succession planning goals. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Training Manager, aligning training initiatives with business objectives.

Prior to their time at Blue Cross Blue Shield, Bridget worked at RCN as an Instructional Designer, overseeing various training and development initiatives. Bridget also worked at The Forum Corporation as a Graduate Intern and at Boston Architectural College as an Associate Director of Practice Curriculum, where they provided advisement to students and served on institutional committees.

Bridget Wagner has completed the Women's Executive Leadership Program at Bentley University. Bridget also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Bridgewater State University and a Master of Science degree in Adult and Organizational Learning from Suffolk University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in InsideOut Coaching from InsideOut Development in 2012 and in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) from the Center for Applications of Psychological Type, Inc. in 2005.
