Bridget Wagner has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Bridget currently holds the position of Head of Talent Management & People Operations at Vicarious Surgical Inc. Prior to this, they were the Director of Talent Development, People & Culture at the same company.

Before joining Vicarious Surgical, Bridget worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where they held various roles.
