Jason Cope has extensive work experience in mechanical design engineering and medical device development. Jason is currently employed at Vicarious Surgical Inc. as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer and Technical Lead. Prior to this, they worked at Corindus Vascular Robotics as a Mechanical Design Engineer II, where they contributed to the design and development of mechanical systems and sub-systems for medical devices. Jason also held the role of Senior Engineering Technician at Corindus Vascular Robotics. Before that, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Jarvik Heart, Inc. and as an Engineering Intern at Corindus Vascular Robotics. Additionally, they gained experience as a Peer Advisor and Teachers Assistant at Syracuse University.
Jason Cope received their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University in 2011.
