Jim Dancer

Jim Dancer is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in verification and validation engineering across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Verification and Validation Engineering at Vicarious Surgical Inc., Jim is responsible for developing and managing the overall design verification strategy, leading a team of V&V engineers, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure compliance with requirements. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Systems Design Verification at Insulet Corporation, where Jim coordinated system engineering responsibilities for new product development, and Senior Test Engineer at Hill-Rom, leading test engineering for the Centrella Smart+ Bed.
