Prior to this role, Saloni worked at Insulet Corporation as a Senior Product Owner, where responsibilities included managing a team of Scrum Masters and Product Owners, overseeing product portfolios, and implementing agile methodologies. Saloni's earlier experience at Capgemini involved consulting on embedded medical devices and leading testing teams, while the initial career stage included a trainee position focused on engineering projects. Saloni holds an MBA from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Controls Engineering from Dharmsinh Desai University.
