Elodie Lepesant

Elodie LEPESANT is a seasoned professional in commercial performance and project management with extensive experience across various companies and sectors. Currently serving as Responsable de la Performance Commerciale at Groupe Vicat since July 2022, Elodie previously held the position of Responsable de projet at SICAME Group from January 2021 to June 2022. Notably, Elodie worked at GRUNDFOS from April 2005 to December 2020, where responsibilities included managing business excellence initiatives across seven countries in Europe while overseeing diverse teams and projects in EMEA regions. Earlier experience includes roles in sales engineering and team management related to water and sanitation at various companies, including PCM SA. Elodie holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Process from Université de Technologie de Compiègne, obtained between 1996 and 2001.
