Martine Rovere has extensive experience in quality management and process optimization within the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Since June 2008, Martine has held key managerial positions at Groupe Vicat, including Directrice Qualité Ciment Groupe and Directrice des performances, focusing on the optimization of technical ratios, substitution fuels, and cement additives. Prior to this, Martine was responsible for laboratory operations at Laboratoires Sophartex and co-managed Gazyme, where innovative enzymatic methods for organic molecule production were developed. Martine's earlier roles included leading quality and analytical development at Usines Lambiotte and managing laboratory functions at Plasto. Martine holds multiple degrees in materials chemistry from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III and has foundational education in chemical engineering and mathematics.
