Leo Toole

Leo Toole has over 25 years of experience in finance and strategy. Leo began their career in 1995 as a Finance Manager at Procter & Gamble. In 2006, they became a Business Advisor at Start2Grow.ie. In 2008, they were appointed CFO of Biancamed Ltd, where they led the financial due diligence and legal process for the company's acquisition by ResMed in 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they were Finance Director at ResMed, where they supported the conclusion of a license agreement with a major global player. In 2018, they became an Independent Financial & Strategy Consultant, and also served as Vice President Finance at Sublimity Therapeutics. In 2019, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer & Board Director of HVIVO Plc, where they supported the merger and re-listing of Open Orphan plc with hVIVO plc. In 2023, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer of ViCentra B. V.

Leo Toole attended Trinity College Dublin from 1991 to 1995. Leo then completed an Erasmus Exchange at HEC Liege from 1993 to 1994, where they studied Business and French. In 2005, they earned their MBA from INSEAD. In 2012, they completed an Honours Post Graduate Diploma from Technological University Dublin in International Selling Program.
