Elena Personi Musola began their career in 2006 as an Assistente Responsabile Commerciale at ICC Italiana Centri Commerciali. In the same year, they joined Vicenzi S.p.A. as a Brand Manager for Grisbè and Matilde Vicenzi. In their role, they were responsible for developing the top line and profitability of the assigned brand, proposing new ideas and projects, and managing cross-brand projects such as the creation of the Group Sustainability Report, internal communication, and local projects. Her duties included preparing, managing, and implementing the brand's marketing plan, developing and executing communication strategies, managing external agencies, analyzing market data, collaborating with sales and trade marketing, supply chain, and controlling, defining product launch plans, and providing sales support. In addition, they managed packaging from a graphic, technical, and legislative standpoint, organized sponsorships and local events, managed trademarks, patents, and internet domains, and collaborated with other departments. In 2011, they were promoted to Senior Brand Manager Grisbè.
Elena Personi Musola received their Laurea Magistrale in Marketing e Comunicazione from Università degli Studi di Verona between 2001 and 2006. Elena then attended Liceo Scientifico Girolamo Fracastoro from 1996 to 2001. In 2013, they started attending Alma University School of Bologna, where they are currently studying Trade Marketing and Sales Management. Additionally, they have been attending Associazione Wedding Angels since 2009 to pursue a Corso Wedding Planner.
