Prashant Gera

Prashant Gera's work experience begins in 2006 as an Associate at Perot Systems TSI Ltd. Prashant worked on the ConneXion Healthcare West (CHW) project, developing software to identify and handle production issues. The project utilized Java/J2EE with Oracle as the backend and IBM Websphere Portal Server as the front end.

In 2010, Prashant joined Bank of Maharashtra as a Specialist Officer Credit, Retail Loans. Prashant was associated with the Retail Credit Hub, which centralized loan appraisal and sanction processes. This led to increased efficiency, faster credit advancement, and improved customer satisfaction.

Since 2011, Prashant has been working at Vichara Technologies India Pvt Ltd as a Sr Business Analyst. Prashant'sresponsibilities include coordinating with various stakeholders to map business requirements, ensuring clear communication with the technical team, and translating business requirements into software specifications.

Prashant Gera's education history begins in 1998 when they attended Modren Vidya Niketan for their AISSCE degree in Commerce, which they completed in the year 2000. Following this, they enrolled in Shri Ram College of Commerce and obtained their B.Com(Hons) degree in Commerce between 2000 and 2003. In 2003, Prashant pursued a PGDCA in Information Technology at IMT Ghaziabad, which they completed in 2006. Prashant'seducation continued with a PGDM in Finance at IMT Ghaziabad between 2008 and 2010.
