Elisa Davey

Elisa Davey currently serves as the P&C Shared Services Team Lead and previously held the role of People & Culture Senior Specialist at Vicinity Centres since March 2018. Prior to this, Elisa accumulated extensive experience at lululemon Australia & New Zealand from March 2011 to October 2017, progressing through various positions including People & Culture Business Partner, People & Culture Solutions Specialist for Asia Pacific, and People & Culture Coordinator, in addition to serving as Project Coordinator, Office Manager, and Executive Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team. Elisa's career began at BartenderOne as Operations Manager from September 2007 to February 2011 and included a position as Store Manager at Second Cup from September 2002 to April 2010. Elisa holds a Certificate IV in Human Resources from the Australian Human Resources Institute (2013) and a degree in Business, General Arts and Sciences from Seneca Polytechnic (2005-2008).
