Joel Collins

Joel Collins is an accomplished Project Retail Design Manager with extensive experience in large-scale retail and mixed-use developments. Currently serving at Vicinity Centres since November 2013, notable projects include managing the $460 million The Glen redevelopment and the award-nominated Federation project, alongside the successful completion of the Cranbourne redevelopment. Prior to Vicinity, Joel held pivotal roles at Lend Lease, where responsibilities included design management for a $300 million project, and at Stockland, leading design for multiple significant developments totaling hundreds of millions in costs. With a background in retail design since 1998, Joel brings a wealth of expertise in design guidelines, project leadership, and stakeholder management across various prominent firms. Education was obtained from the Design Institute - Enmore.
