Kate MacKay

Kate Mackay is an experienced PMO Consultant with a strong background in project management and scheduling across various sectors. Currently at Vicinity Centres, Kate collaborates with a newly appointed PMO Manager to establish project prioritization processes. With experience at AHPRA as an Enterprise Scheduler and previous roles including Master Scheduler at ANSTO and Burra Foods, as well as a Senior Project Services Lead at RACGP, Kate has consistently focused on developing robust scheduling frameworks and enhancing project delivery. Additional roles include Project Manager at IOOF Holdings and Program Management Office Lead at 7-Eleven, where Kate implemented Agile methodologies and managed multidisciplinary teams. Educational qualifications include a degree in Project Management from Monash University and certifications in negotiation and problem management.
