Anand Shyam Sitamraju

Anand Shyam Sitamraju has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Anand Shyam started their career in 2002 as an Executive in Customer Care at Idea Cellular Ltd, where they provided support to customers and handled their queries and concerns. Anand Shyam then worked as an Executive in Customer Care at Hutchinson Essar South Ltd, where they were responsible for sales, activation of new connections, billing discrepancies, and customer service.

In 2005, Anand joined Bank of America as a Team Leader, where they led a team and managed their performance. Anand Shyam later joined Wipro BPO in 2012 as a Team Manager, where they oversaw the Loans Processing Group and managed operations related to commercial loans. Anand Shyam also played a key role in implementing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and conducted performance appraisals for the team.

In 2014, Anand worked as a Lean Six Sigma Expert at TEKsystems, focusing on process improvement. Anand Shyam then joined CA Technologies as a Scrum Master, where they facilitated agile practices within the Dev Cloud team. In 2018, they joined BCforward as an IT Project Manager, providing project management services to Eli Lilly-US and implementing critical chain project management principles.

Anand's experience with project management continued at JDA Software, where they worked as a Project Lead. Anand Shyam collaborated with stakeholders, aligned teams with the product vision, facilitated collaboration within teams, and managed project artifacts such as issue logs and risk registers.

Currently, Anand is working at BCforward as a Team Lead PMO- Scrum Master, where they help organizations transition to Agile practices and facilitates the adoption of Agile frameworks.

Throughout their career, Anand has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in project management, and a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.

Anand Shyam Sitamraju completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management and Technology Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning. Prior to that, they obtained a B.COM degree in Accounting and Commerce from Andhra University. Anand also holds various certifications such as Certified SAFe® 6 Lean Portfolio Manager, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®, Certified ScrumMaster®, ITIL Foundation -2011, Agile Project Management, Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist, Certified SAFe® 6 Release Train Engineer, Certified SAFe® 6 Advanced Scrum Master, Certified SAFe® 6 Scrum Master, SAFe® 5 Certified Member, and Certified SAFe 6 Product Owner/Product Manager.
