Rakibul Islam

Rakibul Islam is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Desktop Support Analyst at Vicinity Centres since May 2019, where responsibilities include managing service requests, logging incidents, and responding to client inquiries. Previously, Rakibul held the position of Service Desk Analyst at IBM from January 2016 to April 2019, assisting users with technical issues on both MacOS and Windows, as well as deploying hardware. Prior to that, Rakibul worked as an IT Field Technician at Information Management Integration Pty Ltd from January 2011 to December 2015, focusing on building and deploying Apple and Windows machines. Rakibul holds a Bachelor in Computer Science from American International University-Bangladesh and furthered education at Charles Sturt University.
