Sharon Chung has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Operations Manager at Vicinity Centres for Emporium Melbourne since November 2015. Previous roles at Vicinity Centres include Assistant Operations Manager for both Building Services and Commercial and Soft Services at Chadstone Shopping Centre, as well as Weekend and Evening Manager and Duty Manager roles. Prior to this, various positions in Medical Biochemistry were held at Melbourne Pathology Services from October 2008 to June 2020. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biomedical Sciences from Victoria University, along with several diplomas and an industry diploma in operations management and leadership from various institutions, including the Australian Institute of Management and Parker Brent. Currently, Sharon is enrolled in the Emerging Leaders Program in Operations Management at Peeplcoach, set to conclude in June 2025.
