Victoria Cao Mijares

Victoria Cao Mijares is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications, marketing, and event planning. As the Owner of Vicky Bakery, set to launch in Hollywood, Victoria has previously held key roles including Director of Membership and Marketing at La Gorce Country Club and Internal Communications and Engagement Events at Miami Children's Health System. Victoria also contributed as a Communications and Events Specialist at Carnival Cruise Line, where integral responsibilities included internal communications and employee event planning. Earlier experience includes working as a Marketing Specialist at The ONE Group and as a Miami Dolphins Cheerleader. Victoria's professional foundation includes a Bachelor's degree in Communications from St. Thomas University.
