Dan Booth

Dan Booth currently serves as the New Business Development Manager at Vico Homes, focusing on pre-contract development project management for affordable housing projects since October 2025. Prior to this role, Dan worked at Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust from November 2017 to October 2025, where responsibilities included managing the Parks and Landscapes Service across over 30 residential sites in Yorkshire and overseeing a team of 22 with a budget exceeding £1M. Dan's earlier experience includes serving as Head Ranger for the 3800-acre Clumber Park Estate with the National Trust from September 2013 to November 2017, and as Head Gardener for the high Victorian garden at Brodsworth Hall & Gardens with English Heritage from May 2003 to August 2013, where significant restoration projects were executed. Dan holds a Diploma in Horticulture, specializing in Ornamental Horticulture, from Askham Bryan College.
