Nora Baltruweit has a diverse work experience in various roles. In 2017, they worked as a Rugby Coach at Lions Sports Academy, where they coached young rugby players and adapted sessions for different age groups. From 2017 to 2022, they also played as a Premiership Rugby Player for Wasps. In 2020, they worked as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at St Paul's School, assisting the Head of Strength and Conditioning in coaching and supervising students. At Move HQ, they worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are working as a Customer Support Engineer - Life Sciences at Vicon, starting in 2022. Additionally, in 2022, they started working as an Associate Lecturer at St Mary's University, Twickenham, delivering biomechanical principles and Excel skills to undergraduate courses and giving lectures on S&C profiling in postgraduate courses.

Nora Baltruweit completed their education in a chronological manner, beginning with their enrollment at Anne Frank Gymnasium from 2007 to 2015, where they obtained their Abitur/A Level. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Strength and Conditioning Science at St Mary's University, Twickenham, from 2017 to 2020. Nora then continued their education at St Mary's University, Twickenham, from 2020 to 2021, where they undertook a Master of Science degree in Applied Sport & Exercise Biomechanics.
