Andrew Daya

Andrew Daya is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in manufacturing and process engineering, particularly in the surface mount technology (SMT) field. Currently serving as a Senior NPI Manufacturing Engineer at Vicor Corporation since November 2021, Andrew has previously held roles at 4FRONT Solutions, LLC, Garmin, Schlumberger, and other notable companies. Key accomplishments include improving first pass yield and production efficiency, developing standard practices for new product introduction, and implementing advanced manufacturing technologies. Andrew possesses a Master’s degree in Manufacturing and Mechanical Systems Integration from the Rochester Institute of Technology, where foundational skills in SMT were developed, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Mechanical Engineering Technology.
