Vincent Tucci

Vincent Tucci, PhD MBA, serves as the Director of Analytical Services at Vicor Corporation since July 2021, leading a failure analysis lab and managing complex diagnostics for over molded semiconductor chips. Tucci oversees material research for new products and specializes in custom synthesis of advanced materials within the electronics sector. Prior to this role, Tucci was the Engineering Manager at Parker Hannifin from January 2013 to July 2021, where responsibilities included managing a team dedicated to advanced material science and enhancing production processes, contributing significantly to new product introductions. Tucci also held positions as a Senior Analytical and Research Chemist at Raytheon and as a Research and Teaching Assistant at UMass Lowell.
