Henk van Dijken is a seasoned professional in software development and management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Manager R&D at Vicrea Solutions since December 2021, Henk oversees the software development for the entire product portfolio and contributes to strategic decisions within the Management Team. Previous roles include Lead Developer at Kiwa Data Solutions, Software Manager at Oceaneering Mobile Robotics, and Manager Product Development at Fusion Electronics B.V. Henk has also held significant positions at Elekta, ITIS Business Solutions, and other organizations, focusing on agile methodologies, software architecture, and product development. Henk holds a Doctorate in Neuroscience from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a degree in Medical Biology from the University of Groningen.
