Raymond Dicker

Raymond Dicker is a Team Leader for External Projects at VicRoads, where they lead a team overseeing the design and construction of road projects in the Metro North West Region. Previously, they worked as a Project Manager and Solar Thermal Researcher at the Australian National University, where they contributed to the 'Big Dish' solar thermal concept and managed the 'PETAL' dish project in Israel. Between 2000 and 2007, they served as a Project Manager at Skyspan Pacific, focusing on the design and construction of architectural membrane structures globally. Raymond also held a Project Manager position at Solar Systems P/L, where they worked on the design and development of concentrated photovoltaic systems. They earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Canberra.
