Tim Case

Tim Case is a Senior Service Designer with over a decade of experience in the digital and design industry. They co-founded AshyDeals, a local advertising business, and previously held roles at YMCA Victoria, Innovators Network, and RACV, where they excelled in digital marketing and user experience design. Tim studied at Monash University, obtaining a Graduate Diploma of Education and a dual Bachelor's degree in Business & Commerce and Information Systems. Their passion lies in guiding organizations to exceed customer expectations through innovative service design.
