Adrian Lotfi

Adrian Lotfi is a seasoned professional in the engineering and sales sectors, currently serving as the Territory Sales Manager for NSW/ACT at Victaulic since May 2025. Previously, Adrian held the position of Business Development Manager - Engineered Systems at 3M from September 2021 to May 2025, where responsibilities included leading national business development efforts, collaborating with construction companies, and managing training programs. Earlier experience encompasses roles such as Product Development and Technical Sales Engineer at STS Systems, Technical Sales Engineer positions at Austlift and Aria Zobin Co (AZCO), and Mechanical Engineer at Perlite Co. Adrian holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Griffith University, as well as a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mazandaran.
