Dave Dears

Dave Dears has extensive experience in engineering business development and sales, currently serving as the Engineering Business Development Manager for the Southeast and previously for the Northeast at Victaulic since August 2004. Prior experience includes roles as an Engineering Specialist in Commercial PHA and Sales Engineer at Thermal Products, Inc., as well as Territory Manager at APV North America and Regional Sales Manager at Oliver M. Dean. Dave Dears holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering with minors in Engineering Sciences and Shipyard Management from Maine Maritime Academy, earned between 1980 and 1984.
