Ben Donagh

Ben Donagh is an Area Manager at Victim Support, leading the delivery of victim services across the West Midlands, West Mercia, and Greater Manchester. They are also a final year PhD student at the University of Birmingham, focusing their research on sibling relationships in the context of domestic violence and abuse. Ben has published multiple peer-reviewed papers that contribute to the understanding of domestic violence's impact on children and young people. Previously, they held various roles within the organization, including Children & Young People National Lead and Senior Young Peoples Caseworker, where they fostered innovative, trauma-informed support for young victims of crime. Ben holds a Master of Arts in Understanding Domestic Violence & Sexual Abuse from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Coventry University.
