Kaye Ruiz

Kaye Ruiz serves as a Talent Acquisition Partner at the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute since April 2023, following a role in the same capacity at Freshwater Group from February 2022 to March 2023. Kaye gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at WaterNSW from July 2019 to February 2022, and previously worked as a Recruitment Advisor at the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment for a brief period in early 2019. Additional experience includes a Human Resources Coordinator position at the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia and roles as a Human Resources Administrator at Momentum Media Pty Ltd and FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia. Kaye also completed a course in Dealing with Difficult Behaviours at the Australian Institute of Management in 2017.
