Joe Saldivar

Joe Saldivar has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Victor Distributing Company since July 2021, where responsibility includes managing all HR functions for an HVAC wholesaler with over 110 employees across three sites in Florida. Previously, Joe held the same director role at Amalie Oil Company from June 2016 to July 2021, leading the HR department for a nearly 1,000-person multistate organization with eight manufacturing and distribution facilities across North America. Joe has demonstrated leadership by managing a nationwide team and advancing positive workplace culture. Additionally, Joe has a background in safety and security, having served as a certified Facility Security Officer while auditing compliance with federal regulations. Joe's career began as an office assistant at Pasco-Hernando State College from 2014 to 2016, complementing an educational background from the same institution, with studies from 2012 to 2015.
