Melissa Woods is a skilled professional with a background in proposal coordination and sales support. Currently serving as a Proposal Coordinator at Victor Energy since November 2021, Melissa has effectively assisted the outside sales team by managing proposal generation and account management, leading to high levels of customer satisfaction. Previously, as a Front Desk Receptionist at Shift Psychological Inc and an Inside Sales Specialist - Team Lead at Welco Expediting Ltd., Melissa showcased strong organizational capabilities and exceeded sales targets. Furthermore, Melissa gained experience as a Crisis Line Volunteer at Distress Centre Calgary, where excellent communication skills were utilized to provide support to callers.
