Claudia Calamita

Claudia Calamita is a skilled professional with extensive experience in the arts and design sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Multi-Site Collections Care and Access at the Victoria and Albert Museum since February 2022. Prior to this role, Claudia worked at Whitgift School from September 2016 to February 2022 as a Set Designer, managing a busy art department and leading creative design for drama productions. Claudia's experience includes roles as a Prop Maker/Designer at the Royal Opera House, Visual Merchandising Manager at Geox, Assistant Fashion Designer for Faustine Steinmetz, and Event Planner at Ambra Orfei Entertainment. Claudia holds a Degree in Set Design and Applied Art from Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera and a Diploma in quantity surveying from I.T.G. PL Nervi in Italy.
