Laura Mitchell

Laura Mitchell is a Senior Communications Manager at the Victoria and Albert Museum, overseeing communications for V&A East and Young V&A since July 2015. In this role, Laura manages communications for the family of sites in east London, including the newly opened Young V&A and upcoming V&A East Storehouse and V&A East Museum. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Communications Manager, Senior Press Officer, and Press Officer at the Museum of London, as well as roles in corporate communications at Edelman and Cohn & Wolfe. Laura holds a Graduate Certificate in the History of Art and Architecture from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Liverpool.
