Paul Dossett

Paul Dossett is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure management and service operations. Currently serving as the Infrastructure Team Leader at the Victoria and Albert Museum since July 2016, Paul oversees a team of Analysts focused on Security and Compliance. Previous roles include Infrastructure Analyst and Support Analyst within the same institution, where expertise in a diverse array of technologies was demonstrated. Prior to V&A, Paul held the position of IT Helpdesk Manager at Arcus Global, enhancing service management for cloud-based applications and leading a team in defining processes and implementing tools. Paul also has experience in property redevelopment and childcare, alongside a solid foundation in service desk operations from a 13-year tenure at Satellite Information Services Ltd. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics from the University of East London.
