Vincenza Rubini

Vincenza Rubini is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in visitor experience management and the arts. Currently serving as the Senior Visitor Experience Manager - Operations at the Victoria and Albert Museum since November 2015, Vincenza effectively manages and develops a team of Gallery Assistants and Visitor Experience Supervisors to uphold high standards.
