Rui Santos Silva

Rui Santos Silva is the Founder and Managing Partner of Victoria Consulting LTD, a position held since 2017. Prior to this, Rui had a distinguished career at Deloitte from 1988 to 2017, culminating as Managing Partner and Partner overseeing the Deloitte Cluster for France, Spain, and Portugal. Rui played a pivotal role in establishing the Human Capital division in Portugal and contributed to the Human Capital Management Board for the EMEA region. Beginning as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Rui advanced to the manager position within four years, leading audit teams for prominent multinational companies, including General Motors, L’Oréal, Codes & Clark, Kuwait Investment Office, and Vodafone.
