Cascia Krolczyk is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various roles within both public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant II for the Government of Yukon since October 2024, Cascia provides HR support to the Protective Services division. Since October 2020, Cascia has also held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Victoria Gold Corp. and has simultaneously been managing the Fireweed Community Market Society as Market Manager/Coordinator, overseeing multiple market events while handling vendor relations and marketing initiatives. Previous experience includes establishing the human resources department at Alkan Air Ltd. as a Human Resources Representative and interning at Fairmont Château Laurier, along with volunteer consultancy work in HR legislation at Capital City Hedges. Cascia possesses a Post-graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from George Brown College and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Linguistics from the University of Ottawa.
