Colleen has a wealth of experience in both new home construction and resale properties. Prior to their current position, they were with CF Homes Real Estate Team powered by eXp Realty and before that, they were with Royal LePage West Real Estate Services. Colleen is a knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent who is passionate about helping their clients find their perfect home.

Colleen Ferguson has a background in real estate and has completed a Real Estate Trading Services Licensing Course from UBC Sauder School of Business. Colleen is also certified as a CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute.
