Jeffrey Baikowitz is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience across various sectors. As the founder of Motherfood International since May 2015, Baikowitz has focused on combating malnutrition through female entrepreneurship and partnerships with organizations like World Vision and UNHCR in several countries. Baikowitz also co-founded Victoria Park Spa, Medispa and Health Club, a prominent wellness center in Canada, and played a significant role in multiple restaurant ventures including Joe Beef and Liverpool House since 2005. Previously, Baikowitz co-founded Essentia Technologies, which developed eco-friendly antimicrobial products, and served as founder and president of Microban Canada Inc., successfully licensing antimicrobial technology and selling the company in 2011. Baikowitz's entrepreneurial journey began with founding Encore Waste Management Inc. in 1990, which initiated integrated recycling programs in Quebec. Baikowitz’s educational background includes attending Harvard Business School, Ivey Business School at Western University, McGill University, and Tel Aviv University.
